Ffs. Spoke to the Estate Agents today because I have not heard a dicky bird as to what the fuck is going on (sorry to the gentler of you - close your ears) and the purchaser still hasn't made the full mortgage application. Seriously three weeks after offer they are just going in tomorrow to make the application. At this rate I might be completed by Christmas if their mortgage application is successful.

I just hope after survey they don't want to negotiate downwards, because they will probably told to jog on. I have already completed all of my contractual duties, and my solicitor has everything he needs to complete on the property.
