Had a call from the agent at around 11:30hrs. I had an OFFER!!!!! It was a majorly low one at first, but the agent quickly negotiated to an agreeable level.

Now just got to keep our fingers crossed that it all goes off without a hitch - then I can stop boring you all!!!
