A blog about all the boring things which dictate my dull and uneventful life
of mice and chicks, never seem to work out.
Since my last blog a lot has changed, I have moved, been unemployed, found a new job, started new volunteering, found a new church, waved Mr Dizzy off to top up his tan in what I have been instructed to call "Dusty" not Sandy places and served notice on my lodger.
Apart from the whole moving thing nothing else was planned for. I can almost hear you screaming "but this is the military way" and I suppose
Well I suppose that time was bound to come around sooner or later. I mean how long could I honestly stop it from happening? The world of white dresses and cakes far too large for one Party has clashed with my peaceful little existence.
Obviously this is not my wedding- those of you who know me know how terrified I am of the M word! It is in fact mine and Mr D’s friends getting hitched. I just get to hear all about the difference between a fish tail and a meringue- Why do we name
Today is day 9 of my diet.

Mr D doesn’t know about my diet (unless of course he is reading the blog whilst he is out
I think this is the first Friday in a long time that I haven’t been really excited. It is a bit of a strange feeling to think that Mr D won’t be coming through the door this evening.
As if to add insult to injury I have been up all night. I am in desperate need of some sleep and I wonder if anyone would notice if I just closed my office door and got 40 winks. To be honest I wondered if anyone would have noticed if I just hadn’t come in today. It is one of those days where there is
I have been a little distracted as late and the blog has suffered, if social services investigate blog neglect a senior civil servant would be resigning right about now.
“What has kept Dizzy so busy that her oh so humours blog has been left to wither into something mildly comical” I hear you ask. Well I shall tell you, of course there has been the normal work and uni commitments but let us face facts they never really stop my insane dribblings (I mean literary mastery!)
