Just seen this thread.

I am about to join the face book page but wondered if you had a summary paragraph that I can insert as a Status Update. Like many people I have many friends who will copy and paste it to their statuses as well.

I suspect that Ram is really busy with his day job, training, organising and not least his family, but I've no doubt he'll see your query. In the meantime, I've taken this from the M4H Facebook page:

The March For Honour is a Tri-Service collection of four teams represented by the Royal Marines Commandos, the Royal Navy, the Army and the Royal Air Force. The four teams will start from four separate locations in the UK, speed marching a commemorative and individually dedicated mile for every UK loss sustained in Afghanistan & Iraq. The teams will be raising money on behalf of the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal 2010 in honour and in memory of our service men & women and our Veterans, who have sustained physical and mental injuries, including the bereaved families of those Killed In Action.
